The 21st Annual Outstanding International Student Awards Ceremony was held on Tuesday, November 17th at the Reitz Grand Ballroom and presented by the University of Florida International Center. The UF International Center serves the university in support by providing assistance and support to faculty, staff, administrators, and students in efforts of enhancing the universities ability to develop international activities and partnerships.
It is an honor to announce one of the recipients of the 2015 Outstanding International Student Awards representing the College of Public Health and Health Professions was presented to department of biostatistics PhD student, Jingnan Zhang, her advisor is Dr. Peihua Qiu.
A PhD student from China, Jingnan entered our graduate program in the Fall 2013. She received her Bachelors from Wuhan University in China and Masters from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
