At the annual PHHP Convocation Ceremony held on May 2nd at the Hilton UF Conference Center, Yifan Zhu, a fifth year PhD student, was the recipient of the prestigious Dean’s Scholar award, in recognition of his exceptional accomplishments. In addition to the award, Yifan received a plaque and monetary award of $500. The Department of Biostatistics is proud of the excellent academic strength of our students and Yifan exemplifies the caliber of these individuals.
