When to Contact the UF Computing Help Desk

How do I know when to contact the Help Desk?

Types of issues that should be directed to the UF Computing Help Desk include:

  • If you can’t log into e-Learning
  • If you have clicked on the “submit” button for an assignment and nothing happens
  • If you can’t upload an assignment after following the instructions and the issue appears to be due to a system problem
  • If e-Learning has given you an error message and you can’t complete an assignment

In the event that you have this sort of “system issue” technical difficulties with e-Learning, please contact the UF Computing Help Desk at 352-392-HELP (4357) or e-mail  

If your technical difficulties will cause you to miss a due date, you MUST report the problem to e-Learning and include you ticket number in your follow-up communication with your instructor as a part of your explanation regarding the missed assignment.
