      6 months – PERM SAS Programmer, Boston, MA:  The SAS Programmer/Data Analyst is responsible for managing data of clinical studies and other data intensive services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: CRF development, electronic database application development and validation, SAS programming, data cleaning and querying, data analysis, and report writing.   Code, test, and debug programs in SAS; produce quality analysis and output of clinical data for client reports or FDA submissions. Troubleshoot, organize, and build datasets to project, protocol, and Statistical Analysis Plan specifications, including CDISC compliant SDTM and ADaM standards.Assist with the development and validation of Electronic Data Capture systems.Digest information, align data and client needs, and prepare correspondence for wide comprehension of results, including data requests for edit checks, adverse event reporting, and protocol deviations, while understanding and adhering to internal procedures and federal guidelines.Manage verbal and email requests for ad hoc data outputs and proactively generate the requested outputs. Prefers a Master’s degree, preferably in Biostatistics, Statistics or a related mathematical discipline. General statistical and mathematical knowledge. Ability and desire to learn SAS statistical analysis software; direct experience with SAS or other programming languages is a plus. Proficient in all Microsoft Office software.
