Qi An, a third year PhD student in Biostatistics, has accepted a 12-week clinical statistics summer internship with Bayer HealthCare in Whippany, New Jersey. As an intern within the Clinical Statistics US Department, she will gain a direct view into research and development at Bayer and witness how clinical trials influence the decisions that are made during the drug development process. She will have the opportunity to work with senior biostatisticians in a fast-paced environment and become involved in the analyses of clinical trial data, programming, and providing support to highly-knowledgeable Trial Statisticians and Project Statisticians.
