Dr. Amy Cantrell was awarded the 2013 Public Health Award for Faculty Excellence. The award is presented on an annual basis to a faculty member who has made significant contributions to public health through teaching, research, and/or service. Contributions to the University of Florida, to the College of Public Health and Health Professions, and to development of public health programs within the college are also taken into account in selection of the awardee by the MPH student body.
